Customer Situation

Customer had implemented Dynamics AX 2009 and was heavily customised to meet new requirements and local legislations. Local tax regulations required manual and external party intervention. There was lack of process standardisation and quicker feature deployments. There was no product support and globally the customer had implemented Dynamics 365 FO. There were OpEx constraints and the need was complete the implmentation of D365 FO within 4 months.

Approach And Solution

Agilitz worked closely with the client's IT team and key stakeholders to deploy D365 FO within 4 months. The solution included Finance, Supply Chain, Advance warehousing and integration with ClearTax e-invoicing solution.
