He has built successful teams, trusted client relationships leading to the growth of the organisation. Tridip has played leadership roles in Mindtree, DXC, Sonata Software and Infosys.

He is a Production Engineer from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is based in London.
