Customer Situation
Customer had implemented D365 FO however there were several gaps in the implementation resulting in high backlog of support tickets. With high number of complex integrations, there were no defined frameworks thus lacking in scalability and impacting efficiency. The processes lacked standardization and quick feature deployments. In addition, there was a concern with regards to growing data sizes with high volume of transactions impacting the performance of the overall system.
Approach And Solution
Agilitz partnered with the CIO organization to mobilize a team of functional & technical consultants and azure integration consultants to help the customer stablise the system while also reduce the backlog of tickets and addressing user concerns. In parallel, the technical team along with architects and azure integration consultants standardised the integrations while building the gaps from a functional perspective.
Agilitz created a CoE (Centre Of Excellence) for the customer that helped in building a core team that gained the business process knowledge, customisations and integrations. For new enhancements, additional team members were called for specific projects. For managed services, L2 & L3 support for D365 FO covering Finance & Supply Chain including all integrations. Centralized framework was created to implement integrations with central logs, tracing, exception handling and alerts. Agilitz also optimized Azure data storageusing Microsoft archiving solution and reduced DB size ~50%.
