Bio

Tridip has over 2 decades of experience working with eminent IT firms to drive Business-IT transformation for clients globally. He has played diverse set of roles (Consulting, Client Relationship, Delivery et al) that has given him a 360 degree view of the business. He has built successful teams, trusted client relationships leading to the growth of the organisation. Tridip has played leadership roles in Mindtree, DXC, Sonata Software and Infosys.

He is a Production Engineer from Jadavpur University, Kolkata and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is based in London.

Anurag is a seasoned professional with over 2 decades of industry experience in business transformation and helping customer envisioning and creating strategy and translating it to manageable programs and execution. Anurag possesses a rich blend of experience in Consulting, IT services and Software products. His previous roles were with Sonata Software as Senior Sales Director and also worked for Mindtree, ActiveViam and Espire Infolabs. Over the last few years, he has been focused on Microsoft Business Applications and actively part of several global projects. He is a Computer Engineer from Mumbai University and MBA from Insitute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He is based in London, UK.

Nishanth is responsible to build consulting and customer success practice at Agilitz globally. Nishanth is passionate about co-innovating with the customers to help them in their transformation journey.
Prior to joining Agilitz, Nishanth was an enterprise customer success lead at Microsoft where he helped enterprise customers deliver their transformation programmes and change management initiatives. Nishanth is also founder of Yare Ltd , a management consulting firm for sustainable business transformation. At Yare Limited, he introduced the EmpowerTM Model, a culture-based framework which amplifies digital ecosystems within organizations.
He holds a master's degree in information systems from Eastern Michigan University and did his engineering in Chennai, India. Nishanth is currently based in London, UK and loves to travel and cook food for his friends and family.
